Played two games the other night , ranked, I'm a herald 2 yea yea, whatever, anyway. our first match , my team is made up of, ( this is all Randoms by the way) me, 3 herald 1's and a new player in non calibrated, nice new guy actually asked questions, like whats the backpack for, etc. .
The other team were guardian 5's and above, even 1 archon 3. of course we got killed in 18 minutes.
I thought at first this was a anomaly, but the next game we had 4 herald 1's and 1 herald 2(me) and we played against all guardian 3 and above again with an archon.
Is this just a sign of how bad off US west and east are now thanks to dota players migrating away to other games in the US? Has US dota finally seen its last gasp? its ridiculous to drive away new players ( that new guy wuit with 2 minutes left said he wasnt coming back.) , is this it?
