So. I'm grinding empire rank. And uh, the rank status bar isn't resetting. I've done two navy missions in a row. Somethin's up cause i've grinded Fed rank already and it definitely didn't work like this. Is this a bug? Or a new Odyssey feature?

Continuation: So, the bar continued showing 100%. Didn't see a navy mission in the list. I submitted a few donation missions and it showed another navy mission. Kinda worried about doing another due to exploits seeming like they are bannable offenses. I just remember this behaving differently in the past so it just worries me.
Last edit: So somehow I just had a lot of rep I guess because the bar finally went down. Not an exploit or bug. Just weird mechanic I guess lol. Thanks to those that responded though.
