Background: So recently my Epic Games account and email linked with that account got hacked. At first I wasn't too worried because I was able to quickly get back into my email account. This is when I realised my Epic Games account got disconnected from my Email and the person that got into my email also deleted all receipts and emails from Epic.

I didn't realise this till after I was emailing Epic Games support for help and the emails were not showing up, but some of them were still left in the trash (which was a careless act by the hacker). As soon as I realised this happened I activated phone authentication and secured my account even more than I already did. The problem is my Epic Games account was already breached and they changed my name and everything. I started contacting Epic on a different email just to be safe and they asked me to provide evidence which I did and I even proved that the email that was originally connected to my Epic Games account was mine and that it got hacked. I gave them all the information I had (except the receipts because they all got deleted), this includes the last 4 digits of the card number I used to buy things on Fortnite with and even listed things only the real owner would know. I provided the correct last Usernames before the hacker changed it, even my names way back since 2018. I have youtube videos that I made on Fortnite to prove it also, I gave them the season I started and I had no connections to any consoles because I always played on PC. I provided the date I last logged in and even gave evidence via screenshots. All of the evidence I sent them was correct and I even have VODs of my friends playing with me.

All this and they still weren't able to verify me as the account owner. The hacker even changed the name to a completely different name from what I've had over the past 3 years and they still don't believe it was mine. I know security is priority but they can't be serious, I've literally provided good evidence and my name has been the same since the start. What should I do, any ideas on what other evidence I can provide?
