So the current Halloween event (finding clues that lead to ingame cosmetic items, standard stuff), and a lot of previous similar events (and CGs and story events as well, but that is another big topic) made me think of this: how much out of luck (and cosmetic items) this makes explorers, that are thousands of lightyears away from where all events take place. They don't get any items, unique modules (most of which aren't available through brokers), paintjobs, all that kind of stuff, and no way to get it afterwards. So it looks awfully like Fdev promote just sitting in the bubble so you don't miss out on free shit, like they actively discourage deep space exploration.
Cause imagine you're some 20k ly away from the bubble, and there's a huge event that gives something like a cool and unique paintjob for your favorite ship, or a free cockpit accesory, or a pre-engineered FSD, or some on-foot piece of gear, what the hell are you supposed to do? Either don't read the news at all and ignore all of it, or read and follow and be constantly annoyed about the stuff and story you miss out on?
What do you think and how would you fix this problem? Or is this not a problem at all and I'm the only one that's getting pissed off?
P.S. yes I'm one of them deep space explorers
