Spent a bit of time today figuring this all out – here it is for all of you that need it.

Fastest way to lvl strength:
What you need: 19 flashbangs, micro rig, unequiped melee weapon, gamma container.

*you can do this with a aplha or beta but it will take longer.

Load in to a raid and throw all 19 flashs immediately. Then go hatchling, loot, die whatever.

With 19 thrown you will level 2.5 strength and it will cost roughly 190k. You need 30 total so do this 12 times. Rough estimate is about 76k per point. Total cost is a tad bit over 2m.

Note: I tried this with different quantities of flashbangs and this is the most cost effective balance I found. I tried it with 52 and only gained 3.2 points and cost per point was roughly 170k. So 19 is the sweet spot that I found.

Hope this helps someone – especially someone like myself who doesn't have the time to invest to level it the old fashion way.
