Fleet carriers of reddit how do you afford it?

Iv been looking into fleet carriers and saw the upkeep prices to give anyone who dosent own one a idea its 15 million a week for basic services just to keep it running without all the extra services.

On top of all that most of the services are not profitable for example the universal cartographers, refuel, repair and advanced Maintenance yet still add to the up keep drastically.

And the profitable services like the shipyard and outfitting relies on the owner picking popular ships and modules that and even with that to make money you have to get a discount on the part or ship or price them above station prices.

And with the redemption office players who turn in bountys lose 25% from a nonowners perspective its stupid.

Not to mention the price of fuel and the amount needed if you mine it it takes hours to fill up.

Other than cargo runs or setting up need a WMM hot spot there isnt many ways to make profit with the carrier in my eyes. Even then you have to spend millions to fill up on popular cargo just to hope people play increased prices for convenience.

Seams to me like its a huge inconsistency to profit from.

So how do you make money with it?
