Frontier Support: Giving credit where credit is due.

I posted another thread re. SRV being destroyed during a game crash/freeze and support was quick to repair it in place for me. Hopefully all I have to do is disembark (I stayed on the planet) and mount up, then drive back to the bay. Would have gone to the nearest carrier to get another one but that is 3k ly away and my jump range is only 28ly.

I'm sharing it here to make sure word spreads that Frontier support folks are on the ball.

< 24 hours after filing a ticket I got this from Frontier support:

Hi there,

Thanks for getting in touch, we're here to help.

Sure thing, I've gone ahead and repaired your SRV.

You may need to go collect it, but it should be all nice and healthy.

If it isn't, let us know and you should be good. 🙂

If you need anything else, let us know! We're always happy to help.

Best regards,

Frontier has gotten a lot of flak (from me included) about being out of touch with players and over issues with Odyssey. This support event smashes any doubts I had about one on one support. Also boosts my desire to see them succeed and my desire to play through the current issues. See you in the black.
