The new expansion is widely considered one of the best in the HS community. They added a new Classic mode which will attract veteran players to experience the old days again. They increased their own "Journey" reward system by adding more free legendary cards and overall little more golds. They added new Core set that contains tons of new cards designed to correlate to current relevant sets, and they are available for free for each players, which a huge boon especially for newcomers. They added new premium tier called "Diamond" for few specific cards that look awesome because they are 3D-animated, which will satisfy collectors. In addition, the new game mode that resembles Slay-the-Spire is coming out soon. In summary, hearthstone is doing extremely well, maybe possibly stealing some playerbase from other CCGs, including Gwent.
How will Gwent surpass Hearthstone in future at this rate? What kind of new contents does it to release need to be number one CCG on the market, which has been the main objective since day 1?
