Game fails to load hero selection screen after accepting match. after clicking the "reconnect" button, the game attempts to load the hero selection screen but fails to do so. Screen goes gray and says "Establishing connection," and eventually, sends me back to the main menu. each time it counts as failure to accept and i am unable to search for a game for an increasing amount of time.
A few of my friends have the exact same problem but the rest of them are fine. One of my friends even tried uninstalling and re-installing the game, but it didn't work. The only way that I can get passed it, is to use a VPN, but VPN keeps disconnecting, or my ping is way too high to play properly. besides 2 high-ping turbos I wasn't able to play any games since 5 days ago. I'm not sure if it's bug or not. Please help me.
