Hey! Frontier!! Your Ticket System is a JOKE.

Example.

I have had an issue with Odyssey for a while now. There is a bug where if you try to jump your carrier blind, instead of getting a message "no free slots" and you can immediately try another system (like what Horizons does), the system, since Odyssey, dumps you all the way back to the carrier management screen and you have to go through the process of finding the region where you wanted to jump to, all over again. And of course, the more times you try, the more frustrating it becomes.

I found a ticket matching what I am describing. Here:

But some muppet at Frontier decided to classify that ticket as a duplicate of this one:

https://issues.frontierstore.net/issue-detail/31156

They are not even remotely the same!

And you can't do anything to let Frontier know that a mistake has been made.

And don't get me started on why valid tickets are dismissed as "EXPIRED".

I guess I'll just go back to smacking my head on the wall here.
