So I changed up my storage in my Blacksmiths for reinforced chests since I was getting too much ore and refined metal for the regular chests, I ended up being able to get 2 reinforced chests and one regular chest stacked in a column so that's drastically increased the amount I can store there.
And now its got me thinking about changing up at least some of my Storehouse. I don't need reinforced chests for trophies and some things where you don't tend to hoard a lot. But I am thinking for wood, stone, black marble and common high use/high quantity items a wall of reinforced chests might be more useful and would again drastically increase my storage capacity for those type of items.
I know Black Metal chests are the largest but I am unsure about using them as they are so much larger than the reinforced chest it seems like you would loose some storage capability over all, the space used to storage space gained ratio seems to favor reinforced chests. And I find iron far easier and more relaxing to farm. Although smacking those annoying little greed bastards with Frostner and sending their bodies skittering across the plains is rather satisfying.
So what I am wondering is how other people handle/create their storehouses? If people also felt like posting pictures of their own storehouses for inspiration that would be cool too. I am a very indecisive person so I am finding it hard to decide what to do with my storehouse.
Not being able to craft them sucks. Especially when everyone I talk to about it…
