How do you feel, as a community, about the new standard of cosmetics?

We have just seamlessly shifted into a new idea of what a DOTA2 cosmetic is.

– Normal skins now have smooth and cartoony textures instead of the gritty and detailed textures of old dota cosmetics. (Prolific Planter, Dirge Amplifier)

-Arcanas are now just assumed to be locked behind a battlepass instead of released on the market.

-Persona's are introduced, and assumed to be an alternate imagining of a hero which may include and entirely different art style (DK, Mirana Anime skins), however new heroes (Marci) are included as base game content while maintaining this new art style

-Many sets above common rarity now have a loud particle effect, if you cover the text then often times theres no way to tell if it's an immortal or not.

-Naming convention for cosmetics is now completely sterile, what used to be something like "Spiteful Charger's Wicked Flail" and include a sentence or two of lore in the description would now be called "Spiteful Charger – Weapon" with no description.

-Glance value takes a backseat in community made sets as creators try to cram as many things as possible into a single item slot (Bane of the Deathstalkers, Talons of the Endless Storm, etc)

-Item set mixing and matching is not often considered, leading to lazy items that look completely broken (even from official valve sets. One True King, Arcane Infestation Candles etc )

-Items that are misleading and have effects that either don't show up or are removed in a patch by mistake (Techies Arcana Taunt, Angel of Vex arms, etc)

-While Immortal Effects being equippable with any item is super cool, many just don't work for some reason or are completely overridden by arcanas or other items

-Heroes who are not high in popularity get little to no cosmetics/immortal items, while fan favorites get showered with sets and their immortals often cost upward of 40$

Just curious if the community is aware or approves of the art direction that this game is taking and the new business strategy of letting lots of sillier/cartoony skins into the game. After a while i wonder if most heroes will be an RGB porcupine of glowing effects and anime hair.
