I added a comment to another thread but figured I’d share my thoughts here. Very interested in everyone’s experiences and thoughts.

The season is barely 2 weeks old and we still have another 3 weeks left. It’s a very long season that will, no doubt, evolve with time and more decks. But to me, it seems like the meta decks (and factions) have risen to the surface.

Just some quick thoughts:

-Correctly piloted Jackpot with Savolla & KoB is the best deck of the meta. I prefer the royal decree version. But it’s stupidly overtuned so one card choice here or there won’t make a difference. I’d say it’s alone in tier 0.

-SK pirates and Milva (not sure if Saskia or no unit is better) both feel great, very close to the top. Definitely tier 1.

-NG is slowly gaining traction and finding its place; some combo of old assimilate with DC and enslave 5/6 with Ardal & Calveit feels sterling and should win tons. It’s probably low tier 1, top tier 2.

-NR and MO are struggling. MO Hyperthin seems neat (and new) while Devo Vamps is cool but has some auto-losses right now. NR? No clue. Probably old alumni cheese works or something with siege. Henselt was massively overrated—I thought he’d dominate with the ability to pull Raffard’s Vengeance.

Personally, I played congregate to pro the first few days of the patch. I still think it’s super strong. I also like NG imposter which is basically last month’s DC assimilate list with different leader.
