It's really hard to play against a team which has 5 teamfight abilities and group and keep killing a team which has insignificant/lesser teamfight but more pickoff/splitpush potential. This situation made the current meta, in my opinion divide the games into :
U have more/equal teamfight, you draw the laning stage and u farm bkbs/ your main items and group up and roll over the other team and get map advantage and close the game.
U have equal teamfight, U lose the laning stage. If u get time to farm..game depends on who executes well in team fights.
U have lesser team fight, u win laning stage but if u don't press them, u are definitely going to lose the game because they are going to edge out in every fight after making key items.
U have lesser team fight, u lose laning stage.. then pray to gaben that other team is noob enough to get picked off and lose the game else there is 0% win probability.
This meta makes few heroes like bounty hunter, lc , brood, nyx or any other hero that depends on pick offs and split push to play the game after 25 mins.
My suggestion is to just make the aoe spells less (20%) efficient in their effects (not damage)..like void chrono lasts 20% lesser and puck silence/dream coil (not coil break stun) lasts 20% lesser but same damage. I feel like game has been trying to balance single heroes successfully but forgot to balance teamfigtht since so long. Its just an idea. Feel free to suggest what you think.
