Today I decided to experiment with the Nvidia desktop color settings and the results are crazy good.
You've probably already seen videos on this topic describing how to combine postFX with nvidia control panel settings for maximum visibility.
Previously, it really bothered me that I'd have to change back and forth between default state and tweaked settings as I play the game, but after trying it out I don't think I could go back… I can actually SEE enemies now, even in dimly lit areas. Even night raids look doable without NV gear (although it's still not ideal). During normal hours, including early morning and late evening, the game looks vivid and enemies and details are easy to notice. It feels like I was severely handicapped before making use of these settings, like I've played a different game with extra difficulty just on visibility.
Anyway, just wanted to say that I highly recommend trying out and fiddling with the settings while you are ingame in a dark area, then make sure it still looks good during daytime. You can screenshot the nvidia settings after you are done and refer to the image when you need to remove them and re-apply them. If this is new to you, you can find videos on the topic by 2Lew and other youtubers by searching with keywords 'tarkov nvidia postfx'.
Just keep in mind that you should tweak the values further than what is shown in the videos since the end result should be tailored to your monitor.
Not being able to craft them sucks. Especially when everyone I talk to about it…
