Ok, I can see that this card is very often out into the decks, but what does it really does?

Puts a card on bottom of the deck? How is that so important?
Also, it shuffles the deck. But, if you don't know what is on top of your deck, why would you want to shuffle the deck? Maybe you would get the best possible cards without using Maxxi?

Is this just gambling?

I am sure that you can put way better and consistent card for 5 provision in your decks.

You put Von Dekker in your deck and you don't even see any actual benefit of it, you just asume that she did something good, but we actually dont know.

Thats how I see the card, for me she is the biggest scam of Gwent.

If I understood it wrongly, please explein it properly to me, cause I do not see any benefit out of that card ever.
