I just cheated myself free from wasting another 30 hours of my life trying to tame a 2-star wolf

After spending over 30 real-life hours of my life across 200 in-game nights, trying to find and tame an elusive 2-star wolf, I finally just used the devcommands to spawn one, and tamed it myself.

The ironic thing is that just tonight, I encountered my third-ever 2-star wolf. I successfully lured it into a trench built specifically for trapping wolves, and threw about 10 piles of boar and lox meat into the trench to feed it. Since it was still aggro, I moved a short distance away so that it would de-aggro and eat some of the meat, starting the taming process. Just then, the very first 1-star troll I've ever encountered in over 600 hours of gameplay attacked me, in the middle of a mountain biome. I don't know where it came from. By the time I finished dispatching him, the 2-star wolf had vanished into thin air, not having touched a single piece of meat.

As fun as this game is, I'm determined not to let a really stupid taming mechanism continue to needlessly steal more hours of my life. Devs, if you're reading this, the 2-star taming experience is truly terrible.
