I seem to have this problem where i'm aiming at someone, usually a player, and mag dump directly into their chest (we'll call it from max 15 feet away) my bullets seem to just vanish as they leave the barrel of my gun. I'll then proceed to get turned on or just one tapped immediately, which is fine until i get to the post death screen and see something along the lines of "29 rounds used, 2 hits". My reticle never left the person, so how am i missing all of those rounds? Is this an in game skill issue? Am i just not understanding the mechanics of this game? I'd like to say this is my first wipe in asking this, but sadly it isn't. This is almost 3000 hours spent in game and 4 or 5 wipes down. So am i blind? Am i seeing things incorrectly? Is this a massive desync issue i'm unaware of? Or is the recoil control skill really that broken?

Just to make things clear, i'm genuinely asking if it's a me issue or not. I'm not trashing the game or devs, just trying to figure out the problem and if anyone else has this issue. If i'm the problem, help me lol. I wanna know what i can do to fix it.
