Streets of Tarkov was great and it fills the hunger for new content. Just needs optimizations but that's a dead horse.
The game also has a rampant cheating problem but that is also a dead horse.
The other biggest thing I'd like to see in EFT is an improvement of the UI so we can get back into raid with fewer clicks.
When waiting for this wipe I played a lot of Marauders which for those of you who haven't heard, is essentially space Tarkov with WW2 guns. My favorite thing about Marauders is how quickly you can go back into the next raid.
One example of something they could do to reduce clicks is to somehow have a way of hitting a button that automatically sends your favorite meds straight into your player inventory. Could be done with other things too. Feel free to list your own ideas that you think could reduce per raid clicks.
(They should also definitely fine tweak the weapon presets so that you can reliably create a gun without getting a stash error 70% of the time)
