Ok, so hear me out first…
We’re getting a UI update, at some point, and the Twine storyline will probably never happen, so, instead of event reruns every year, how about this?…
For missions where there’s the option to start/ increase difficulty, what about a 3rd option to “speed up” the mission, BUT, increasing the speed (as in making the mission finish faster) doubles the diff increase that doing it the other way would if that makes sense.
For example, increasing the diff in a FtS goes from 1-2-3 and so on player difficulty, but, based off the system I’m suggesting, it would go 1-4-6… but the time would go from 8-6-4 minutes, so if you buffed it to the max, it would be like a “full BR party size of 16”-worth of husky goodness, crammed into 2-3 minutes of mayhem.
Obviously, the idea could do with some work, but let me know what you think.
TL;DR- faster but more difficult missions.
