I run into this issue often where I typically fill in games and I'll end up carrying but the support will play something like kotl and shove lanes or something similar. I'll ask them to pull, show timers, pull the large camp so I still get lane xp stuff like that. Eventually I get so demoralized I just go jungle and let them play the lane how they want and cripple my game. My only other idea I can think is to single pull and then farm the wave before the lane shoves then go jungle.
But I've tried all these options and they all feel terrible. Asking them to do stuff comes off as you telling them to do something when you've only had a few minutes together and they take offense (understandable). Jungling you fall behind and going from pull camp to lane to other camp gets me almost as much harass as if I just laned and fought my nukes support for cs while getting harassed.
The hardest part is accepting the state of the game so early for me so I'm just looking for a clearer path to choose when this happens.
