These ideas only fit together if labs is a pve only raid, whether solo or with a 5-Man. You still risk money with keycard entry and the high cost of the colored keycards, you still risk your kit due to no insurance and the fact that raiders and another other bosses like glukhar are aimbotty as hell. Cheaters will continue to farm LABS regardless, but this way they aren't also farming normal people. And I feel like any potential negatives this has on the economy will be easily offset by sheer fun factor.
Tarkov main has many maps with several pvp hotspots. Arena is being made for total pvp focus. How about one singular map that acts as a pve raid?
