I'm a returning player with a bunch of experience but I've missed recent events and have been doing a little catch up. I'm trying to get the modified plasma chargers to get involved in AX fights again.
Currently inara shows that azimuth biotech is the faction controlling mbooni. I assume this means that's who I'd rank up to get my permit.. inara shows they are only in mbooni and T Tauri right? So I run missions and rank up in T Tauri at the asteroid base and I can't roll the permit.
According to the wiki, the two places you can get this tech are from the base in mbooni (which I can't get to because of the permit not rolling even though my rep is maxed) and at the megaships owned by salvation that just got blasted by thargoids in hip 22460 that won't allow you to dock. I figure if I can get into mbooni I should be able to buy it there but I can't get the permit by traveling to the different ports in T Tauri over and over.. anyone have ideas? I just want to try out the new guns and blow up thargoids :/
