I had recently come back to Fortnite after about a year break. While I was expecting a bit more in terms of new content, I was pleasantly surprised by ventures, PL 160 zones, Homebase heroes, and the QOL changes that had been introduced. However, most exciting for me was the introduction of the tropical zone in twine peaks (and the venture zone). For those that don't know or may be in lower zones, the theming of twine is supposed to be volcanic/ tropical. I had also seen that the volcano in the TP SSD was no longer filled with beans and that a volcanic zone was no where to be seen on the map. This made me wonder, despite development of STW being "slowed down", is there still the potential that we could see a volcanic biome in the future. It would be cool to see the elements present in the TP SSD more frequently, as well as provide greater variety to the current venture zone. After all, a volcano is present in the background of some of those missions.
If there is, or was, a volcanic zone in development. It would just be nice to have, but not a necessity.
