This is just an outline but:

1. 180 account age to post or comment
2. 500 comment karma to text post
3. 200 comment karma to comment
4. 15,000+ post karma OR 2,000 comment karma to post images
5. 15,000+ post karma AND 2,000 comment karma to post links
6. Verified content creators, transparent developers & active community members can request to be added to an approved submitters list

Missing anything or other ideas?

I don't care if we grow slow. A spammy subreddit does no one any good besides blackhat marketing agencies & this industry will mature 10 years from now.
