Long story short. For a variety of reasons, from a bad connection to my own toxicity my old account fell to a low behavior score and the games on it are incredibly bad and take forever to find.

I decided okay, shit happens, it's been 5 years, may as well make a new account. I played the best I could for 100 hours, had a 62 percent win rate and got into the very high skill bracket while increasing my behavior rate on the new account.

I thought that would be it but as soon as I started my calibration games I noticed they are taking 20 mins for all roles selected and over an hour if I specify any roles.

At this point I guess it marked me as a smurf or something similar.

I am wondering if there is any way to salvage the new account? I am on the fence about quitting but would like to have the option of playing some quality ranked Dota every now and then. Any help would be welcome.

PS party games are not an option as I'm a bit older and more or less all of my Dota buddies have quit by now.

EDIT: Look, can you not downvote for no fucking reason please. I'm just trying to figure out how to play the game with a new account. I don't want to stomp anyone nor am I good enough to do it, I would just like a fresh start. If every fucking pro can have 77 accounts, would be nice to be able to make one in 5 years and start over.
