The Bug: Lydia will always trigger the devotion ability on Amnesty.

I tested Lydia Amnesty in a non-devotion NG deck and Lydia will always trigger the devotion ability on Amnesty, regardless if the opponent's deck is devotion or non-devotion. I also tested Vlig Renegade in a non-devotion NG deck and the Amnesty stolen using Vlig Renegade will not trigger its devotion ability, even if the opponent's deck is devotion. The only other special card in the game with a devotion ability is War of Clans. Unlike Amnesty, War of Clans will never trigger its devotion ability when played using Lydia in a non-devotion NG deck.

Further Testing:

For those interested, I did some additional testing because I find how "stolen" cards work generally confusing. There are two ways of playing your opponent's cards. First, you "create" or "spawn" a base version of the card from the deck builder, and this created card will have your "card back". Second, you "steal" the opponent's card directly from the opponent's side of the board, deck or graveyard, and this card will have the opponent's card back. The second option applies to Lydia, Vlig Renegade and Remedy, for example. For the sake of brevity, I will describe the stolen cards as "forgetting" or "remembering" how they worked in their starting deck (i.e. the opponent's deck). It appears from my testing that the stolen cards will forget any changes to the "card text" but remember any changes to the "card face" (e.g. base power, changes in fee). For example, Raid cards will forget increases in damage from Warlord when played with Lydia or Vlig Renegade, and Aen Elle Conqueror will forget its devotion ability when played with Remedy or Vlig Renegade. However, bronze relicts and veterans will remember increases in base strength when played with Remedy or Vlig Renegade, and Conjurer's Candle will remember increases in fee when played with Vlig Renegade.
