A quick overview of the faction before the patches:
- Carapace – Binary: Basically you're building an entire deck based on the fact that mr. oppo will play a deck which relies on units and has no control tools
- Force of Nature – Powercrept: Golyat 10 for 7 with downside? Blightmaker 11 for 6 with thinning. Checkmate.
- Fruits of Ysgith – Nerfed to oblivion: NG and SY being OP? we nerf by 2 points. MO being OP? We destroy their win condition, then nerf them by 5 points
- White Frost – Just….weak: Basically all cards in this deck play for – at most – average value (Bruiser 8 for 5) and their win condition is the weakest evolving card.
- Overwhelming Hunger – Powercrept, and binary: The only viable version is the AQ spam which doesn't even care about Consume or Deathwish and is also answer-or-lose.
- Arachas Swarm – Powercrept, and hard-countered: Remember when Crimson Curse is considered strong? me neither. And for some reason CDPR decided to buff Siege which just straight up throws this out of the meta
- Blood scent: Congratulation, the best deck of the faction! And it's tier 4! Nice!
