I see everyone talking about the major problems of tarkov, cheater this, cheater that, blah blah blah…

And while the cheater problem, the invisibility bug, and other general QoL and UI updates we’ve asked for are all important, I feel that EFT’s server situation is just as atrocious and deserves just as much attention.

No matter what I do, I cannot stay connected to a raid during the day. I have a wired connection and an impressively fast home network, but yet I can’t seem to get rid of these random high-ping issues. Every day I lose at least three kits to a ping spike disconnecting me from raid and not allowing me back in. I usually retain about 30-40ms of ping, but these random sporadic spikes will peak at 500-700ms. I have no trouble when I play solo, but playing with friends just isn’t in the cards for me for some reason. I’ve looked everywhere and iI have no idea how to fix these ping spikes. I cannot play the game if I spend 10 minutes getting into a raid just to immediately disconnect and lose the very expensive kit that i brought in and was very excited to use. It just makes the game unplayable.

I just wanna play the game I paid a lot of money for. Is that too much to ask for?
