You guys gone into factory lately? Every raid for the past 2 days has been 3+ hatchlings dashing to the breach door room trying to glitch their strength and endurance by falling through the map. People know the new weight mechanic could drastically change the game, and that the strength skill will likely play a large role in how you are able to play. They are abusing this new glitch to prepare for it.
Skills weren't reset when the exhaustion mechanic was introduced, which punished casual players, and indirectly rewarded those who had already cheesed their strength. I didn't really care about this because if you are willing hit your buddy's legs with a hatchet for 100+ hours then I guess you deserve 51 strength. But the new overweight mechanic will further amplify the problems with the current skill system and the in-game physical disparity between your average player and those who cheesed/glitched their skills.
Resetting everyone's strength to level 5 or 10 (for those already ABOVE 5/10) would put everyone on an even playing field for the new weight mechanic. The ONLY people who would be upset about this are those who cheesed or glitched their strength, because at this point in the wipe no one, who has leveled without glitches or cheesing, has over 20 or MAYBE 30 strength (and thats playing 8+ hours a day). I recognize that there are people who have put in enough time to naturally obtain an exceptionally high strength level, but that is a VERY small percentage relative to those who have cheesed/glitched.
Not being able to craft them sucks. Especially when everyone I talk to about it…
