I think my no-metal run has come to an end, with the death of Bonemass. Took me dieing twice to finally get into the rhythm with him. I just don't think any of the other bosses will be achievable without better food (fish(no trader yet so very hard to find), wolf, cloudberry). Bonemass was almost a one-hit death.
Travel is incredibly tedious (raft only), and the bit of mountain I have explored, is very hard when any wolves attack.
I have explored a mountain a tiny bit using fires to protect me from the cold, but it is very slow and the minute you get attacked you have to head back, incase you die in the attack.
If I was to get lucky and find some easy access frost caves, I may get enough Fenris hair for better armor, but currently, I'm not too sure I can have it above lvl 1, my station is lvl3 with no metal.
What are my fellow Vikings' thoughts?
