NVIDIA Reflex in Dota 2

When I turn Reflex to "enabled" in settings, I honestly don't feel any perceivable change in terms of input lag (maybe because of my system, specs found below). On the other hand, my GPU usage seems to drop in % and I lose about 3 FPS.

I play Dota 2 on 1080p, exclusive fullscreen, with everything maxed out, v-sync off in-game, G-Sync on NVCP. Since I have a high end system, I cap my frames at 141 FPS (using a 144hz monitor).

What are your experiences with Reflex on the game? In my case, does it make sense to turn it on or can I leave it off? First time experiencing this setting.

My specs:

GPU: RTX 3070

CPU: i9 10900

RAM: 32gb (4x8gb) 3000mHz

Motherboard: Asus TUF Z490 Plus

Monitor: LG 27" Full HD 144Hz G-Sync Compatible

PSU: Corsair CX750 750W
