I remember it used to be in his main skills but got changed with shard. now almost no one buys the item but I think it's a great item to buy in some situations and I'll explain what i have in mind:

sometimes you have an enemy core who blinks with either skills or blink dagger and tries to kill you wuth one shot or fast enough so he doesn't have to deal with backline bs. heals saves force staff glimmer etc. but imagine a ursa blinking on you and not being able to catch you because you slow him by a lot, and is either forced to use bkb or abyssal. which is abyssal case you can probably buy disk.

this really baits for a good fight and often can gets their carry killed or maybe a tusk/any backline jumpers that isn't like storm/ember(which it kind of acts like diffusal blade against ember i think but i have to try)

i haven't tested it out much but just 1 game where we were ahead and i felt ok buying a 1400 item no one buys without feeling like i can "throw" for that

thoughts? i think the slow is crazzy if someone is chasing you as melee
