The seekers, both normal and soldier, I like. They make good enemy's good drops from them. The hare's I'm not really sure about I haven't tried to tame them. The little blue fuckers who's name I can't spell are great to have. But that God dam gjall can, in my honest opinion, crawl up satans asshole and die. It has far more health than I personally think a flying sack of balls should. And it drops nothing of value. The ticks it spawns? Blood clots are useful, if gross. But the gjall itself sucks. It's not worth taking down unless you absolutely need to to defend a base. Decrease its health or make it drop something worth collecting. Hell make it drop skin you can turn into armour troll style. Do something other than make me want to turn on commands and auto kill it then leave its carcass to rot.
Edit: all the comments telling how to easily defeat gjalls, while useful to anyone who didn't know, completely miss my point. It's not worth killing unless your defending a base. There's no fun challenge to it. It's a dam time sink that simply waste time and arrows. Instead of exploring the mistlands completely I end up exploring 90% and leaving the rest to rot because it's not worth taking down the flying ballsack. So my original point still stands. They need A. Health nerf. Or B. To drop something worth killing them for.
Not being able to craft them sucks. Especially when everyone I talk to about it…
