Origin of the fictional name “Tarkov”, maybe?

Does anyone know the actual origin of Tarkov city name? Just found an interesting link that might hint at the origin of this fictional city name. Andrei Tarkovsky was Russian film director, screenwriter, and film theorist. He is widely regarded as one of the greatest and most influential filmmakers in Russian and world cinema. Among his most notable works, is the movie Stalker(1979)). Anyone who is familiar with the game STALKER, know that it is somewhat similar to EFT, at least in terms of visuals and gameplay. The plot of the movie Stalker, also has some similarities to EFT lore: "The 'Zone', sealed off by the government and surrounded by ominous hazards[…]. They evade the military blockade that guards the Zone by following a train inside the gate and ride". Anyways, thought this was an interesting link to share with you. Do you guys/gals have more insights on the origin of the name of city "Tarkov", or the linkage between Stalker the game, the movie, and EFT?
