This is just a general collection of my thoughts on STW since getting proper updates, I'm not a diehard player, I haven't even beaten the story yet.
I like what's here.
While there isn't much to write home about a warframe-like hero looter shooter like this, it's got some appeal.
Getting free v-bucks daily for being a founder is extremely satisfying, it mitigates the worry of missing out on content for BR like this season because if I properly put in the work, I can easily get enough vbucks for the current season in like, a week or 2.
The characters and story being told is alright, it doesn't take itself too seriously and it isn't written specifically for children, it's very general with it's theme and I like that.
The only thing I think that would properly move this up from "alright" to "great" for me would be a new mode combining the well structured ever evolving open world of BR with the persistent progression and character of STW into some kind of super big rpg-style game, perhaps even with your own customizable character.
Overlap between BR and STW is something that definitely needs to happen more, as I feel it would create a proper game, as opposed to 2 games running on the same client.
Also, just as a tiny thing, I hope we eventually get to play as those Seven Sentry guys, I know they're just the BR defaults, but I like the idea of being a grunt in most games, and being a grunt for my favorite faction (Sorry Vindertech, you take the silver fiddle on this) in this game's universe would be the icing on the cake for me.
