Peaceful mode?

So Minecraft has a mode (if you haven't happened to know it yet) that's called "peaceful mode" which basically means that hostile mobs won't spawn in your world at all. This means that you can just chill and build and simply enjoy the atmopshere of the game without worrying about a possible death for a second.
I don't necessarily suggest a direct copy of this Minecraft peaceful mode but a maybe a version where mobs won't attack you at all, they'd just be part of your world.
And yes, I know you can just use devcommands but in my opinion, not every player find it easy to use devcommands and this would give these players the kind of cosy feeling they look for.
Just an example:
You are working on your little cottage house in the meadows, enjoying the cycle of the weather, the views and the overall atmosphere of the game. And theeeeeeeeeeeen you get a couple of invasions, you die a couple of times, you constantly have annoying greydwarves, necks, pigs, etc. attacking your build that you are working on.
I think this "game mode" could be a nice addition. What do you guys think? 🙂
