There's been a lot of common issues people are talking about and I'm surprised no one is seeing the obvious solution… just be bad at the game! I've been participating in this philosophy for a while now and the less you know about the game and the less capable you are, the more fun you have! Allow me to explain:

Cheaters/Audio – None of this affects you when you're garbage at the game and expect to die every fight! Got suspiciously killed by another PMC? No worries, they're probably just better and higher level than you. Can't tell where those footsteps are coming from? not a problem, you'll be busy panicking anyways!

Recoil – No worrying about recoil when full auto-ing because you'll have too much gear fear to run anything other than an SKS, and that semi-auto beauty works wonders on scavs.

Dynamic Loot – Unhappy with the lack of good loot on Reserve and Interchange these days? haha fuck those maps, they're dark, scary, and full of chads. If you need money just go scav shoreline, you'll never run into anyone there!

Annoying Quests – No dealing with kappa grind, no dealing with Capturing Outposts, SBIH, Pest Control, heck! You'll be struggling with Tarkov Shooter pt 3! Just focus on planting that delivery from the past and killing scavs on customs! Easy!

And as a complete scrub, this game will give you enough anxiety that you might even hesitate to play some days! That way the game can't hurt you, and you can never lose!
