So if you check the Tarkov forums there are currently multiple posts with multiple comments of people stating that they upgraded to a different version only to have not received anything through the message system. On top of this, support tickets submitted for this reason have not had any responses as far as I can tell.

Personally I have also been caught out by this hence why I was checking forums for any similar posts by others. This is a significant amount of money changing hands and with no response from devs about this ongoing issue, people are (understandably) starting to get very frustrated and beginning to ask for chargebacks either from PayPal or their bank.

It has been stated by mods on other posts that you shouldn't have to reset your account in order to receive the upgrades, it should just arrive as normal through the message system. Some folks have reset anyway which does appear to give you all the loot and new stash/containers, but again it has been stated this shouldn't be a requirement.

My thinking in creating this post is to give a central location for people to report having the same issue, or any other possible resolutions rather than waiting for a month or more for support to manually fix the issue one by one.

It seems insane to me that people are paying upwards of $100, with guarantees they won't have to reset, only to receive absolutely nothing other than a fancy flair next to their username. I'm still relatively low level personally so a reset wouldn't be the worst thing ever, but the principle remains that I shouldn't have to. On the other hand, people who may be quite far into the wipe obviously have no intention of resetting, so if they upgraded they either need to refund or wait an undefined amount of time for support to get back to them.
