It's been some years since servers such as Dubai and India have been disallowed ranked matchmaking. At this point, most of South Asia, and North Africa has to queue at EU or SEA servers, with pings anywhere between 100-150. This provides a consistent disadvantage to an already disenfranchised set of players, who often undergo other issues due to living in 2nd or 3rd world countries. What do you guys think about one of these servers being reactivated for ranked matchmaking in Dota 2. While the decision lies in Steam's hands, it is my opinion that a Dubai server is the best for this setup, or anywhere in between North Africa and South Asia, preferably not inside either region rather in the middle space between these 2 regions. This would relieve pressure from other servers and provide stable ping to inhabitants of both regions.
