CDPR, why would you do that? The mode was my favourite. There are so many deck building creativity around this mode. You could run many cards considered unplayable on standard mode, such as the Offering and Olgierd Immortal. You could play many different viable archetypes that never had seen viability since the release of Homecoming, such as Nilfgaard Spies or Skellige Selfwound. You could run ultra greedy cards such as Syanna and Vattier Rideaux because carda are more harder to remove as they come in double. You could see beautiful new combos that never would happen otherwise, such as spawning three Nekkers at once. You could escape the oppressive Harmony and Sihil meta, and just take a sip of tea and relax.
Removing an implemented game mode feels so wasted. Imagine the thousands of manhours that went into developing and play testing it. For the players it is one game mode less which is never good. Think also about players who spent hundreds hours for making deck guides and enjoying game casually.
