Yesterday, I had made a post asking everyone to rank all the factions from their favorite to least favorite. Here is the link. There were a total of 153 valid responses, which is great, and I have compiled them in this post.

Before moving forward I would like to explain the point system. For each response, the position of the faction's rank determined the amount of points it got. 1st place got 1 point 2nd got 2 and so on. This means that the faction with the least points is the most popular. With that being said here are the results:

6. Syndicate (SY) 580 points.

No. of 1st place votes: 18 (11.76%)

Average rank: 3.79

5. Scoia'tael (ST) 572 points.

No. of last place votes: 29 (18.95%)

No. of 1st place votes: 16 (10.46%)

Average rank: 3.74

4. Northern Realms (NR) 543 points.

No. of last place votes: 20 (13.07%)

No. of 1st place votes: 23 (15.03%)

Average rank: 3.55

3. Monsters (MO) 535 points.

No. of last place votes: 19 (12.42%)

No. of 1st place votes: 23 (15.03%)

Average rank: 3.50

2. Nilfgaard (NG) 500 points.

No. of last place votes: 31 (20.26%)

No. of 1st place votes: 38 (24.84%)

Average rank: 3.27

1. Skellige (SK) 483 points.

No. of last place votes: 20 (13.07%)

No. of 1st place votes: 35 (22.88%)

Average rank: 3.16

Final observations: The factions are quite close to one another and all the average ranks fall within the 3-4 range. This means that the likability of all factions is fairly balanced. However, within the ranking you can see a clear difference between the top 2 (SK, NG) the middle 2 (MO, NR) and the bottom 2 (ST,SY).

Also people have quite polarizing views about Nilfgaard XD.
