The idea here is the game shouldn't give us a blerb of text saying we can't do something, rather let us do the thing and suffer the consequences for doing it wrong.
1) the workbench: let use the workbench outside without walls and a roof but make it deteriorate or, everything that you craft from an exposed workbench comes out with half durability, or perhaps is more expensive (literally anything that encourages a covered workbench and discourages an exposed one).
2) beds: bed needs a fire next to it. Let my guy go to sleep and then wake up with a wicked cold if the bed didnt have a fire. I could get stamina debuffs and the inability to eat certain foods etc. etc.
These are the only two places where I have issue. Anybody else got any ideas?
(P.S let repair be mapped onto a controller button, instead of being an item in the build menu )
