I bought STW around CH1 S5 and it's actually saddening on how much STW has changed. Here are some changes that are "major" compared to BR.

•Sprinting and climbing system

•Storm King

•Simplified Menu

•Llama store changes

These in my opinion are the most major changes and compared to BR which pump these out every 3 months is just insane. I remember reading a post that they're slowing down on STW updates but I didn't expect it to slow down this much. Rainbow crystals and malachite are still in the game with no purpose. No new area, no new hero types, no new cinematics which is what brought thr game to life, nothing. I'm tired of having to listen to voicelines for the same "events". I'm tired of BR getting all the updates. Just one major update to this mode would've been good enough, at least once this year. They're purposely killing what made Fortnite but GG, Commanders.
