Found a seed which I think has all bosses closer to the centre than any other I've seen so far. There's a Yagluth spawn less than 1/3 of the way to the rim, and all the other bosses plus a trader are closer than that. It also has a Maypole village in a mountain biome which I have not seen before.
Not everything is on one island, so sailing is required but the trips will be short. The only downside I can see is that there are no massive iron farm swamps near the spawn.
