I am currently using 2 huge beams and 2 small beams on my PvE corvette with 2 medium overcharged multicannons (one with corrosive shell and other with incendiary rounds). My beams aren't engineered yet, so I was wondering if I should go with efficient and thermal on all of them, or just thermal on two of them.
I think I read somewhere that thermal vent is least effective on efficient beams because they don't produce a lot of heat. I'm pretty new to engineering and I don't even know what all the modifications are for beam lasers. My logic is running efficient on all the them, thermal on two, and something that increases damage on the other two. I run 2 shield banks, so I'm not too sure if the two thermal lasers would be enough to keep the heat under control when firing them off.
My other idea was to run thermal vent on all of them and then run a modification that gives them more damage. I don't really even know what I'm doing lol, what do you guys think would be best?
Not being able to craft them sucks. Especially when everyone I talk to about it…
