What do you guys think about changing renfri to "if you have your full leader ability charges, on deploy replace leader ability with one curse and one blessing" but keeping the whole 25 units thing.
Meaning you would need to basically sacrifice your entire leader to use renfri, if you dont have the full charges available on your leader (meaning 1 if its a one time leader or full charges if there are charges)
Right now the whole "must have 25 units" part of the card isn't really a deterrent to using the card as its designed because ppl either run really easy thinning consistency packages or they just do 26 cards. Kinda like how the idea behind golden nekker was a "good idea" to try and make a powerful card but doesn't allow you to use other powerful cards above 9 provisions. Which on its own would be a good "nerf" except for the fact that there are PLENTY of other syngerstic cards that were 9p or less that there wasn't really a "downside" to using nekker like there should have been
Same with renfri, I have been playing hand buff renfri so i use all 3 leader charges turn 1 anyway and then I farseer into runemage into renfri and now I have a whole new leader to use. If I wasn't able to handbuff leader AND use renfri it would hurt that deck but make it more fair.
So what do you think basically keep renfri as is, but make it so you CAN'T use a leader AT ALL if you want to renfri. So now if you take renfri and dont draw her until round 3 there is that tradeoff of not being able to use leader. But i feel like cdpr designed it in a way that they wanted the 25 unit decks to be weaker, but they are just still too strong so they need to nerf it in another way.
Not being able to craft them sucks. Especially when everyone I talk to about it…
