Nilfgard is my most played faction and the changes I propose in this post are mainly based on what I like and don't like about this faction (while not completely ignoring balance).
Glynnis aep Loernach – Human, Soldier
Power 4. Provision 7.
Deploy: Damage an enemy unit by 2. Increase the number of targets by 1 for each adjacent Soldier.
Barricade: At the end of your turn, damage self by 1 then give 1 Armor to adjacent units.
Standard Bearer – Human, Soldier
Power 4. Amor 1. Provision 5.
Flanking.
At the end of your turn, gain 1 Armor.
Barricade: At the end of your turn, damage self by 1 then boost adjacent units by 1 instead .
Order: Swap position with an allied unit.
Fringilla Vigo – Human, Mage
Power 4. Provision 6.
Shield. Assimilate 2.
Imperial Practitioner – Human, Mage
Power 5. Provision 5.
Assimilate.
Order, INITIATIVE: Spawn a base copy of the last card that went to your opponent's graveyard on top of your deck.
Master of Disguise – Human, Agent
Power 5. Provision 6.
Deploy: Give an enemy unit Spying.
Order, Conspiracy: Lock an enemy unit. If it was a non-Disloyal bronze, transform self into a base copy of it without changing power, then replay self.
Spotter – Human, Soldier
Power 5. Provision 5.
Deploy: Look at the top 3 cards from your opponent's deck and Reveal one of them.
If it was an unit , give it Spying. If it was not an unit , gain 2 Vitality.
Order: Give an enemy unit Spying.
Cooldown: 2
Infiltrator – Human, Agent
Power 4. Provision 4.
Melee: On round end, if this unit is not Spying, shuffle this unit into your opponent's deck and give it Spying.
Assassination – Tactic
Provision 5.
Damage a unit by 6. Decrease the damage by 1 for each non-Spying unit adjacent to it.
Toussaint Knight-Errant – Human, Knight
Power 4. Provision 5.
Deploy: Boost self by 1 for each boosted enemy unit.
Menagerie Keeper – Human
Power 2. Provision 5.
Deploy: Create and play a base copy of a bronze Beast.
Viper Witcher Alchemist – Witcher
Power 4. Provision 5.
Deploy: Give Vitality 4 to an adjacent unit. Spawn a base copy of that unit at the bottom of opponent's deck.
Bonded: Shuffle the Spawned copy into your opponent's deck instead.
Viper Witcher should Shuffle the copy into your opponent's deck (instead of placing it at the top).
Ard Feainn Tortoise should boost the lowest or a random enemy unit after losing all its armor (or maybe damage self by 3 instead of boosting anything).
Illusionist should infuse the copy spawned with "When this unit takes damage, Banish self."
Also Slave Driver shouldn't be able to target Nilfgaardian units.
Maybe Tibor Eggebracht should lose its Immunity when you pass.
Shouldn't more Knights have the "Choose an unboosted enemy unit" limitation like Palmerin (especially Guillaume de Launfal).
I personally don't like how Enslave, Ardal aep Dahy, Stefan Skellen and Jan Calveit effects get stronger based on what you did on deckbuilder instead of what you did during the match.
I also don't like Renfri and Triss: Meteor Shower, but those are not Nilfgaardian cards.
what do you thhink about this ideas? Is there any other change that you would like
in Nilfgaard?. (Sorry for the long post)
