So now that it has been a while since the group stages, and the disconcert about Moxxi’s casting and the group stages is over, can we finally have a conversation?

Let us look at some facts:
( at least as best as I know them, /r/Dota2 mods are welcome to chime in please )

1. There hasn’t been a need for extensive moderation about posts for other talent

2. If no other talent isn’t having massive complaints about them, perhaps it’s the talent and not their gender.

3. Commenting on someone’s ability on their job isn’t a personal attack, and you will get more feedback working as a public facing entertainer.

4. If we are allowed to have discussions about talents personal lives here, why are we not allowed to have a conversation about someone’s ability to do the job they are paid to do

My post was removed due to my personal opinions that bled in, and due to the fact there was numerous people upset with Moxxi’s casting causing a “witch-hunt”.

So I’ve attached it below with issues removed.

There is zero banter or conversation about the game able to happen on the cast, I can feel his pain as he tries to set her up easy talking points.
People have been blaming that the majority of the complaints about her have been due to the fact that she is female, but really it is just that her casting isn't great.
Her casting is basically yelling ULTIMATE: FREEZING FIELD / RAVAGE, with a 3 second delayed poor play by play interjected by the discussion points he tries to bring up with her.
As for people saying the other "lower tier" casters aren't great, they aren't going to get everything right, but they are still palatable as they are actually having a conversation instead of calling out naurto jutsu moves in an increasingly grating tone and volume.
She doesn't ask the analyst questions, or have a conversation with him during slow times, which gives lots of dead air and makes his job difficult as to not talk over her.
I am hoping that Sheepstick is working the main event so that people can see that the complaints aren't due to their gender, but on the quality of their work.
