Hey everyone, After Plaintalkjon leaving gwent, a lot of comments on his video were "ah game is dying", "ah game is bad", "ah there's no growth" etc……
One year of being in the industry isn't that long….. lol
Like no hate to Jon, but one year of making videos isn't that long…..
One year ago the moment he joined, he could easily tell, that gwent videos don't make crazy views, it's not that this changed, and it used to make millions on videos and now it makes thousands, it's always been like this…… so he knew what he's getting into.
Now to the leaving part
Sadly
"everyone is going to leave" no matter what the game is.
Even if the game was the most successful thing ever, people will eventually move on, because no one sticks to onething forever.
Spyro, Bushy, Theabeasty, Lionhart, etc will all oneday go to do something else, it can happen tomorrow, or it can happen in 10 years from now, but it'll eventually happen because people can't stick to the same thing, even if this thing was successful.
So is him leaving the game something to be sad about?
Yes.
But does it mean that game is in a bad state?
Definitely not…..
As i said "people are going to leave, and do something new, no matter what, it's in our nature to change". Simple as that
Even i will leave gwent oneday. And i have 13k hours in the game…..
Also he said the game isn't going anywhere, that's not true……
There's plenty of projects gwent related happening, and coming soon…..
Sorry if i sounded harsh the beginning of the thread, but I'm just stating the truth.
Thanks for reading, and stay awesome.
